Instructions:

Separate the eggs for the multivitamin cream puff pastry. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt and 30 g powdered sugar until stiff. Preheat oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

Beat egg yolks until foamy, add 90 g powdered sugar and continue to beat until foamy, add oil and advocaat and continue to beat until foamy. Slowly stir in the flour mixed with baking powder, then carefully fold in the beaten egg whites.

Spread the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper (in the size that you can cut out 9 dessert rings with 8cm diameter), bake for about 20 min and let cool. Cut out bottom with dessert rings, leaving the bottom in the ring.

For the custard, mix vanilla custard powder with 150 ml multivitamin juice. Boil the remaining multivitamin juice with sugar and stir in the mixed vanilla pudding powder.

Let the pudding simmer for about 2 min while stirring continuously, then cool slightly. While still warm, spread the custard on the bottom of the dessert rings and allow to cool briefly.

For the cream, whisk QimiQ until smooth. Whip the cream with the sugar until stiff and mix with the QimiQ. Spread the cream on top of the custard so that the dessert rings are full.

Chill overnight. Whip the whipped cream with the granulated sugar until stiff. Sprinkle the tartlets with hazelnut brittle and chocolate shavings, decorate with whipped cream and a piece of chocolate.
