For the cranberry pancakes, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Mix flour with egg yolks, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, cinnamon and milk to a thick batter. Carefully fold in the snow and berries.

Heat oil in a frying pan, pour in 1 large spoonful of batter, bake until golden, flip and then transfer cranberry pancakes to a paper towel to drain.
