For the couscous with fresh tomatoes, put the couscous in a bowl, pour boiling water over it and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash the cocktail tomatoes and cut them into quarters. Cut the parsley into thin strips. Mix the tomatoes and parsley into the couscous.

Mix the juice of half a lime, the lemon juice and the olive oil and season with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar. Pour the dressing over the couscous and serve the couscous with fresh tomatoes.
