Instructions:

Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the onions until translucent. Add the potatoes and garlic, fry the potatoes. Sprinkle paprika on top and fold in. Pour in the vegetable soup and simmer on low heat for about 40 minutes.

Cool down a bit, then mash and heat up again. Season with salt, add the cream and sprinkle with thyme. Let it get hot, but do not let it boil anymore.
