Instructions:

For the meatballs, place the rolls in a large bowl, pour boiling water over them and let them sit for a few minutes.

When the rolls are nice and soft, squeeze them well and pour away the water. Now add the mince and mix well with your hands.

Now add the egg, a dash each of mustard and ketchup and then season well. When everything is well mixed, form small balls and place on a baking tray.

Bake in the oven – convection – at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
