For the smoked meat in mushroom white wine sauce, first finely dice the bacon and onion, clean and finely chop the mushrooms. Fry the bacon and onion briefly in a pan until the onions are translucent (because of the bacon, you usually don’t need to add extra oil). Sauté mushrooms briefly, deglaze with white wine.

Mix cream and cream, season with salt, pepper and chili and add to the mushrooms in the pan. Reduce heat and warm up the meat slices briefly in the sauce. Finally, sprinkle the smoked meat in mushroom-white wine sauce with fresh, chopped parsley and serve with bread dumplings.
