Soup: put the washed bones with 1 liter of cooled water and let it boil. Remove the bones from the clear soup and pour away the clear soup. Add 1.5 liters of water to the cleaned bones, season with salt and pepper and simmer on low heat for 1-1 and a quarter hours. Take out the bones. Fry half the onion with the peel and add to the soup (gives the golden brown color!). Chop greens and add to soup, continue simmering for 30-40 min, then drain.

Meatballs: Form small dumplings from the sausage meat and salt and pepper and let them simmer in the instant vegetable soup at low temperature for 10-15 min. Take out and bring to the table in the homemade clear soup.

Flour dumplings: Melt the butter, mix in the flour, gradually adding boiling water. Cool the mixture.

Beat the egg whites until stiff. Add egg yolks, salt and sugar to the cold butter-flour mixture form. Fold in the snow. Form into small balls, cook them for a few minutes in boiling water and bring them to the table in the homemade soup.
