For the hazelnut blossom, prepare a batter from the ingredients listed. Pour the batter into a silicone flower baking pan and bake the cake at 180 °C in the oven for approx. 1 hour (test with a stick).

Remove the baked cake from the pan and let it cool on a cooling rack. Dust the powdered sugar over the flower cake.
