Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

For the sauce, peel the garlic, coarsely chop the parsley, pluck the rosemary leaves. Grind these ingredients with pine nuts, thinly sliced lemon peel and juice of one lemon in a blitz chopper. Stir in the oil. Cook pasta in enough salted water until al dente. Stir three to four tablespoons of cooking water into sauce, drain pasta and mix with sauce. Season with cayenne pepper and nutmeg.
