For the pancakes with apples, cinnamon and nuts, prepare the pancakes according to the basic recipe. Stir in the nuts, honey and cinnamon.
Peel the apples, remove the core with a corer and cut into 5 mm thick rings.
Melt the fat in a hot frying pan and fry about 3-4 apple rings in it. Pour some of the batter over them.
Fry until the underside is golden brown, then turn to the other side and finish briefly. Slide onto a plate, sprinkle with cinnamon and powdered sugar. Bake the remaining pancakes with the remaining apple rings in the same way. Serve the pancakes warm with apples, cinnamon and nuts.
