Prepare a kneaded dough from salt, flour, fat and the squeezed curd cheese. Season the fillet with salt and pepper, fry briefly on both sides in a small amount of fat, cool.

Mix the sausage mixture with egg yolk and chopped herbs.

Roll out the dough on parchment paper, not too thin. Put some sausage mixture on it. Place the fillet on top and cover with sausage meat. Fold the dough over it with baking paper. Brush the edges of the dough with egg yolk, press firmly. Decorate the yolk-brushed roll with scraps of dough. Bake in a heated oven at 200 °C for about 40 minutes.
