Put the pork with the cooked potatoes through the 3/4 mm disc of the meat grinder.
Then mix well with the spices.
Fill the quantity into 28/30 caliber pork casings and twist off to the desired length.
The fresh potato sausage can now be cooked in soup (stew), it is also delicious with potato vegetables.
Roast it in a frying pan until golden brown and serve it with melted onions and fried potatoes. (The sausage can be boiled in boiling water before frying to prevent it from bursting in the hot frying pan). The potato sausage can be dried a little and then smoked. This way it is durable and has a special taste due to the smoking. It can be used smoked as well as fresh.
