Instructions:

A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Dough: Cream butter with 200 g sugar. Stir 2 eggs and 3 yolks with the quantity. Mix flour, potato starch and lemon peel, fold into the mixture with rum. Gently mix in the snow (with 40 g sugar). Bake each about 2 tbsp. dough in cake springform pan at 190 degrees to very thin base. (makes 6-8 pieces). Turn out onto cake rack while still hot.

Cream: Melt sugar in water and make until syrup draws faeden. Beat 4 egg yolks until creamy. Continue beating egg yolks with syrup until amount has cooled. Then incorporate butter and ger. chocolate with mocha and rum.

Spread n-1 bases with cooled cream. Place bottoms on top of each other. Cover top and edges of cake with jam.

Make syrup (same as above, maybe more water) and mix with melted cooking chocolate. Pour in a glaze over the cake and smooth around the edges.

Glaze briefly in the oven at 175 °C.
