Instructions:

For the fruit strudel, knead the dough ingredients into a smooth shortcrust pastry. Leave to rest in a cool place. For the filling, melt the butter, add the breadcrumbs to the butter and stir until golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly and add the sugar. Put one kind of chopped fruit in each bowl and mix carefully with half of the breadcrumbs. You now have two different fruit fillings.

Roll out the dough on a baking paper to a rectangle 30 x 25 cm. Spread one filling along each of the long sides and roll up tightly from both sides to the center.

Pull onto a baking sheet and brush with a little egg white. Bake at 175 degrees hot air for about 30 minutes. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
