Make millet in salted water for 10 min, then swell for 30 min. Cool the porridge. Fold in curd cheese, oat flakes and sunflower oil or other vegetable oil. Add finely chopped kitchen herbs and spices.

Form small dumplings with wet hands, pull them in boiling salted water until they come to the surface.

Serve with: vegetables with cheese sauce


Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – they also stand out for their fresh taste!
