For the wedges with caraway and thyme, first wash the potatoes and pat dry, then cut into thick wedges.

Spread some olive oil and coarse-grained salt on a baking plech with baking paper and place the wedges on top. Brush the wedges with olive oil.

Finally, sprinkle with some caraway seeds and dried or fresh thyme and bake in the oven at about 180 °C top/bottom heat for 30 minutes.

When they are ready, serve, for example, as a barbecue side dish.
