Peel and finely dice the onions. Clean savoy cabbage and cut into narrow strips. Heat fat in a saucepan. Sauté onion and cabbage in it for 15 minutes. Dust with flour and sauté briefly. Pour in stock or clear soup and make. Season with pepper, nutmeg, salt and juice of one lemon. After the cooking time is over, add the whipped cream and blend the soup with a hand blender. Fill into preheated soup cups or plates and bring to the table sprinkled with cheese.
