For the spaghetti with herb sauce, heat some butter (1 – 2 tablespoons) in a saucepan and add the chopped herbs, stir briefly and allow to sweat very briefly – this allows the herbs to develop their aroma.

Add the whipped cream and bring everything to the boil. Let it boil a bit and wait until it has reduced a bit – depending on how creamy you want the sauce to be.

Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and possibly a little soup powder. Bring to the boil briefly. Cook the spaghetti al dente and add to the sauce in the pot.

Allow to infuse a little and serve sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan or other grated cheese.
