Soak gelatin in cold water for about 10 minutes. Heat syrup or liquid with coconut fat in a saucepan. Dissolve gelatine in it. Sift powdered sugar and stir in. Stir the mixture until smooth and spread it warm on the respective cookies. Very suitable for cookies with fruity filling.
