For the potato casserole boil the potatoes half cooking time, peel and cut into slices. Fry minced meat with sliced young onion in a little oil, pour a little water, season (mayoran, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika powder and vegeta).

Coat the baking dish with olive oil and put potato slices on it. Spread the minced meat, wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes and put them on top with the feta cheese cut into thin slices.

Finally, empty potato slices again and the milk mixture (milk, egg and spices) over the mixture. Top with mozzarella cheese in thin slices (or grated cheese).

Place in preheated oven covered with foil for about 40 minutes at 200 °C. (After about 25 minutes, remove the aluminum foil for cheese crust).
