Instructions:

For the potatoes with herbs de Provence, peel the raw potatoes. Cut small potatoes in half and larger potatoes in quarters.

Place on a baking tray covered with baking paper, brush with olive oil and sprinkle with the herbs. Roast at about 160 °C for about 40 minutes until they are nice and golden brown.

Salt the potatoes and serve.
