Instructions:

Roast veal from the leg sprinkle with a little salt, pepper and flour. Mix 1 egg and turn the roast in it to the other side. Chop 100 g of walnuts. Roll the roast in it and press the chopped walnuts well. Place the roast in a greased glass dish and put it on the turntable.

Microwave on 400 watts, set the broiler to level 1. Cook without cover in 25 to half an hour. After half the time, turn to the other side!!! At the end of cooking time, rest the roast wrapped in aluminum foil for another 10 to 15 min.

Whip the cream, mix with crème fraîche and walnut kernels and crushed garlic clove. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Serve the whipped cream separately with the meat.

Cook for about 25 to 30 minutes in the microwave.
