For the honey cake Santa Claus first heat the honey, fat, sugar and spice. Pour into a large bowl and let cool slightly.
Mix flour, baking powder and cocoa. Stir 2/3 of the flour mixture and the egg into the honey mixture. Knead in the rest of the flour and chill for about 2 hours.
Divide the dough into 2 portions. Roll each out on baking paper about 1 cm thick. Cut out the shape of a Santa Claus with a kitchen knife. Bake in heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool on a cooling rack.
Mix powdered sugar and hot water. Divide into several portions and color with desired food coloring. Decorate the honey cake Santa Claus as desired.
