For the cream of pear and celery soup, heat the butter and sauté the onion cubes until translucent.

Add the celery cubes and the caraway seeds, fry and pour in the soup.

Cover and cook until the celery is soft. At the very end of the cooking time, add the pear pieces and simmer briefly.

Finely puree the pear and celery soup. Refine with the cream and season with salt and pepper.
