Remove the skin from the onions, halve them and cut them into narrow strips. Cut bacon into cubes. Place onions and bacon in a glass baking dish and steam at 850 watts for 3-4 minutes until soft. Remove the skin from the cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and remove the seeds with a tsp. Cut the cucumber into bite-sized pieces, with water a little pepper to the onion-bacon mixture form. Mix everything well and steam closed at 850 watts for 11-12 minutes until soft. Mix in whipped cream and sauce thickener and bring to the boil again at 850 watts for about 1 min. Season to taste and serve.
