Instructions:

1. the day before: cook the custard according to package directions with milk and sugar, cool. Pour mascarpone and curd cheese into a suitable bowl, gradually fold in vanilla sauce. Season with sugar. Cover and refrigerate.

2. To serve: Fill vanilla cream into dessert bowls. Garnish with chocolate chips.

Tip: Fruit skewers for the curd cheese.

If you like, you can serve fruit skewers with pieces of pineapple, orange, banana and grapes: put the fruit on wooden skewers, garnish with mint leaves and serve with the vanilla cream.
