Instructions:

For the Black Forest gateau, beat the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Slowly add the oil while stirring constantly. Stir the mixture until fluffy.

Add the lukewarm water by the spoonful. Mix the cocoa and baking powder with the flour and add to the mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the beaten egg white.

Bake at 180°C (without preheating) until brown and let cool. Cut the cake once or twice and soak the bottoms. Whip the whipped cream with cream stiffener (according to instructions) until stiff.

Place the cherries (remove some for decoration if necessary) on the bottom layer and cover with whipped cream. Place the next base on top and repeat.

Decorate the outside with the remaining whipped cream, decorate with cherries and serve the Black Forest Cake.
