Instructions:

For Arctic char with chard, cut chard leaves from stems, chop stems into pieces and cook in soup until tender. Cut leaves into strips and cook in hot butter until collapsed.

Make puree with sour cream and wine in blender. Bring to a boil in a pan, season and keep warm.

In the meantime, let the fish soak in the hot soup for 20 minutes.

Lift out the fish, peel off the skin and remove the fillets. Cut into small pieces.

Arrange the hot chard sauce on plates, place the fish pieces on top and serve with the chard stems.

Serve with Arctic char with chard potatoes or rice!
