Instructions:

Preheat electric stove to 200 degrees. Defrost spinach, then squeeze and coarsely chop.

Peel garlic, press through a press, stir into butter, season with salt and spread on crispbreads.

Rinse tomatoes, halve, remove seeds, cut into small cubes. Pluck ham into patches. Top each bread with spinach, season with juice of one lemon, salt and pepper, spread ham and tomatoes evenly on top. Sprinkle a little oregano.

Spread mozzarella in strips evenly on the breads. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese has melted (gas: level 3).
