For the baked apple, wash the apples, pat dry, separate the top and carefully cut out the core. Slightly cut off the bottom of the apple so that it has a firm base.

Chop the chestnuts and nuts into small pieces, prepare the vanilla pudding according to package instructions. Mix the pudding with the chopped ingredients and the raisins.

Place the apples in an ovenproof dish or pan, fill with the filling mixture, cover with marzipan flakes and butter flakes.

Grill the baked apple in a closed ball grill for about 20 minutes at 200°C and indirect heat until the skin wrinkles.
