Instructions:

Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

1. melanzane rinse, clean, cut into slices, season with salt. Steep for about 20 minutes.

2. peel onion, garlic, dice finely. Cut peppers lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse, divide into strips. Melanzane rinse, dry, dice.

3. preheat electric stove to 200 °C. Fry the melanzane in 4 tablespoons of oil in a pan, remove. Add remaining oil, sauté onion and garlic.

4. Add clear soup, peppers, tomatoes and wine to the onions, simmer for 10 minutes. In the meantime, pre-cook the pasta for 6 min, drain and drain.

Add the melanzane, chopped parsley and, if desired, ouzo to the paradeis sauce. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

6. cut goat cheese, mix with sauce into pasta.

Pour into a greased baking dish. Dice feta cheese and spread evenly on top of casserole. Bake in the oven on the middle shelf at 200 degrees (gas: level 3) for about 25 min until golden brown.
