For the cucumber curry, cut the cucumbers in half lengthwise and scoop out the watery insides with a teaspoon.

Now cut the remaining exterior into thin slices. Sauté these in a little olive oil for a few minutes and pour on as much milk until the cucumbers are half covered.

Add turmeric, curry powder, ground ginger and ground lemongrass.

Mix well. Now pour some water so that the cucumbers are almost covered and add the bouillon cube. Stir everything well.

Now let it simmer a little. Then thicken with the flour and season with salt and pepper.
