Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Make olive oil hot, sauté finely chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves in it. Add tomato puree and stir well. Add chopped mushrooms, chopped ham and crushed anchovies and sauté briefly. Extinguish with white wine. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Cook quietly for half an hour with the lid closed on a very low flame.

Pour this sauce over the “al dente” cooked spaghetti form and mix well.
