Clean the vegetables, remove the peel if necessary, and cut into thick cubes or slices, if desired.

Lightly preheat a large saucepan. In a saucepan, lightly fry half of the cumin seed and half of the sesame seed mixture in clarified butter. Add the long grain rice, douse with water, season lightly with salt and cook at low temperature without lid.

In another saucepan, which should also be slightly preheated, heat a little clarified butter. Fry the other half of the cumin seeds, the sesame seeds and the rest of the spices, stirring constantly. Douse with the vegetable soup and cook until crisp-tender.

Arrange the long grain rice and vegetables on plates, garnish with vegetables and bring to the table on the spot.
