For the pineapple cake, beat eggs with sugar, pineapple juice and milk until foamy. Mix flour and baking powder and gently fold into the other ingredients.

Melt butter with cane sugar in a saucepan. Spread butter-sugar mixture on baking sheet. Place pineapple rings on top of mixture and place a cherry in the center of each ring.

Spread finished batter on top and bake pineapple cake for about 25-30 minutes at 180 °C.
