Rinse beef, rub dry, cut into cubes. Heat the olive oil and brown the meat cubes on all sides.

Add about 750 ml of tap water, add paradeis pulp, wine vinegar, cumin and cinnamon stick, season with salt and pepper, stir the goulash properly.

Cover and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.

Remove the onions, put them in tap water for 1 minute, let them drain and put them in meat pot.

Add a tiny bit more tap water if necessary, simmer meat and onions until fork-tender.

Crumble feta cheese and add to cooked goulash, season with pepper and salt.

Tip: Cinnamon gives dishes a wonderful sweet and spicy note!
