Instructions:

For the pudding-caramel layered dessert, start with the cream first. To do this, prepare the pudding according to the package instructions. Use 500 ml milk, 100 g powdered sugar and two packages of vanilla pudding powder. Then whip the cream until stiff and stir it into the prepared custard.

For the caramel, prepare a pan, put the sugar and 2 tablespoons of water. Heat not too hot and let the sugar melt.

Now stir in the remaining water and whipping cream and simmer for about 10 minutes. The sugar grains should have dissolved and the caramel should have thickened a bit!

Coarsely chop the nuts or almonds and toast them a bit in a coated pan.

Provide dessert glasses and pour in some of the custard. Let cool and spread a layer of caramel and the toasted nuts on top.

Let cool again and then divide the remaining custard. To finish, grate some cooking chocolate and sprinkle over the custard.

Chill in the refrigerator and then serve.
