Instructions:

For the cherry jam, puree pitted cherries with a hand blender and place in a large pot.

Add preserving sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and cook according to package directions. Separate elderflowers into smallest florets.

Add the cherry brandy to the finished jam and add the elderflowers. Immediately fill into sterile jars and seal well.
