Sufficient for two 1 l jars.
Rinse cucumbers thoroughly, sprinkle with salt and leave to soak covered with water for at least 12 hours.
Now rinse the cucumbers and divide them evenly among the jars with the onions cut into rings. Add cucumber seasoning, pour hot wine vinegar and hot water over the cucumbers. Close the jars as usual and attach with plastic preserving clips. Cook at 900 watts for 8-10 min.
