Instructions:

Melt the yeast in the lukewarm liquid, add a little flour. Add the rest of the ingredients and make a medium dough. Knead the dough intensively, then rest for 30 to 40 minutes. Weigh the dough into pieces of 60 g and form into round balls. Place on lightly floured cloths. When the balls have risen nicely, cook in 180 °C hot fat for three to four minutes on each side.

After baking, fill the doughnuts with a syringe and then sugar or glaze them. If you do not have a syringe, you can fill the doughnuts beforehand. Flatten the balls, put a blob of filling in the center and press the ends of the dough together. Later place on lightly floured cloths and cook until done. Bake as usual.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
