Rinse potatoes, make unpeeled, peel while still hot and cool. Clean and rinse beans, cut diagonally into 3-4 cm long pieces, remove peel from carrots, cut into narrow strips and cook both separately in bubbling boiling hot salted water until not too soft. Quench, cool and drain.
