Make a firm sponge from all the dough ingredients, form on a greased and sprinkled with breadcrumbs tray.
Remove the peel from the apples and grate them coarsely, spread them evenly on the dough.
Make crumbles from the ingredients, crumble over the apples and bake at about 175 °C for 30-40 minutes.
