A simple but delicious cake recipe:

For the sponge cake, separate the eggs. Whip the egg whites until very stiff and set aside. Whisk egg yolks, hot water and sugar until creamy, mix flour and baking powder and fold in. Then carefully fold in egg whites. Line the bottom of a cake springform pan (d& cm) with parchment paper. Pour in the sponge mixture and smooth it down. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. Remove the base from the pan and cool. Stir together the crème fraîche, vanilla sugar and the liquid whipped cream. Fold in the Paradies cream according to package instructions. Place a springform pan rim around the sponge cake base, spread the cream evenly on top. Cut the peaches into wedges and place them on top of the cake. Boil the cake glaze and mold over the peaches. Leave to cool for about 3 hours.
