A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!

Sour for gourmets : Against some prejudices there is no herb. For example, that sauerkraut does not fit into fine cuisine.

With mushrooms & ham. It is easy to prepare

1. peel onion, cut finely into cubes. Clean mushrooms, cut into thin slices. Cut ham coarsely into cubes. Rinse parsley, shake dry and chop leaves finely. Roughly grate cheese.

Drain sauerkraut in a sieve. Preheat electric stove to 225 °C.

2. Heat 1 1/2 tbsp. butter in a shallow saucepan. Sauté onion and mushrooms in it, add gnocchi, toss briefly.

Add ham and sauerkraut, sauté 5 min. until soft. Stir milk with mascarpone, pour on, bring to boil once. Fold in parsley and season with salt and pepper.

Grease a gratin dish with the remaining butter. Fill the gnocchi with cabbage, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 225 °C (gas mark 4) for 10-15 minutes.
