For the fish salad, dice the vegetables. Wash the pike perch, dab dry and season with salt, pepper and lemon.

Sear briefly on both sides in oil. Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and turmeric well to a marinade.

Arrange the salad, place the fish on top, drizzle the marinade over it and serve the fish salad.
