For the chocolate marshmallows, beat the eggs and powdered sugar until fluffy. Mix flour and cornflour and stir into the sponge mixture. Grease and flour a small baking tray (30 x 20 cm or a cake tin (26 cm)) and pour in the sponge mixture and bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

Put a frame around the sponge cake and spread the sponge cake with jam. For the cream, remove the wafers from the chocolate kisses. Mix chocolate kisses, mascarpone and coconut. Soak gelatin in cold water and squeeze out.

Heat 2 tablespoons rum and dissolve the gelatin in it (let it cool down a bit) and add it to the chocolate nut mixture. Whip the cream until stiff and stir into the cream. Spread the mixture on the sponge cake base and smooth it down. Place in the refrigerator for a few hours. Remove the frame and decorate with calapuno and cut the chocolate marshmallows into pieces.
