For the antipasti grilled bread, cut the bread ring in half, cover with dried tomatoes, basil leaves, mozzarella, Serrano or Parma ham and sprinkle with a little oregano.

Spread a thin layer of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes on the cut side of the 2nd side of the bread ring and place on the topped bottom side. Place on the grill (indirect) until the mozzarella has melted and the bread is nice and crispy!

Then arrange on a platter or plate and divide into portions.
