For the herb soup with chive pancakes, mix milk with flour until smooth. Add the eggs, salt and chopped chives until you get a thin batter.

Put some oil in a pan and heat it. Pour the batter in as thinly as possible. When the dough has set, carefully turn it over. Remove when the underside is golden.
