For the chocolate pudding, separate the eggs. Beat the yolks, butter and honey. Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.

In a bowl, mix flour with baking powder, then add nuts, chocolate and breadcrumbs. Then add the yolk mixture and the snow. Gently fold everything together, do not stir!

Grease small ramekins, sprinkle with flour and fill. Preheat oven to 190 °C top/bottom heat. Fill a deep baking tray or a baking pan with boiling water and place the ramekins in it so that they are 2/3 in the water.

Bake for about 30 minutes, test with chopsticks! Serve hot pudding with chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
