Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Prepare the pasta and drain.

Cut the onions into cubes, peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes as well.

Heat the oil and sauté the onions, add the ground beef and sauté for about 5 minutes. Add the tomatoes and the paradeis pulp and fill up with the beef broth. Season with salt, pepper, crushed garlic cloves and chopped parsley and make 20 min.

Remove from heat and stir in breadcrumbs and finely chopped feta.

Prepare a béchamel sauce with butter, flour and milk and add the egg yolks. Season with salt, nutmeg and parmesan.

Oil a gratin dish and alternate layers of macaroni and minced meat mixture. If you put the macaroni in one direction, the casserole will look better when cut. Finally, spread the sauce evenly over the casserole.

Bake at 225 degrees for about 35 minutes until the casserole has a golden brown crust.
